To clear your Web browser's cache memory, follow the instructions below:
Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
Select TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS
Select the GENERAL tab at the top
In the Browsing history section, select the DELETE button
Select the checkboxes for Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History
Select DELETE
Mozilla Firefox users:
Select History from Browser top menu
Select Everything from Time range option
Select Clear Now
Google Chrome users:
Select Menu button
Select History from menu list
Select the beginning of time from time range option
Select the checkboxes for Browsing history, Cookies, and Cached images and files
Select Clear browsing history
