If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Your Password? link.

• Enter your User ID in the User ID field.
• When you have entered in the correct information, click on the Submit button.
• If you do not wish to reset your password and wish to go back to the previous screen, click on the Cancel button.

After you have submitted this request, you will receive an e-mail notification at your Primary Email Address with a time-sensitive link. Click this link which will bring you to the password reset screens.

• The first step is to answer the displayed challenge questions and click the Submit button. If you cannot remember the answers to your challenge questions, you must call the HESC Help Desk.
• The Set Password screen will be displayed. After you change your password, click Change Password. You may now log in with your new password.
