To be eligible for the program you must be discharged from the U.S. Armed Forces under honorable conditions, including but not limited to honorable discharge or general discharge. Please contact your local office of the New York State Division of Veteran's Affairs or your County Veteran's Service agency if you have any questions regarding military discharges.

  NOTE: Upon submitting this supplement, you will be instructed to print a Web Supplement Confirmation which you will return with a copy of your DD214 verifying this information.
• Indicate if you are currently a resident of New York State.
• Indicate the month and year you will begin school.
• Indicate if you will be attending a degree granting program at a college or university or a vocational or certificate program.
• You must be a US citizen or eligible non citizen.
